This week MCP President, Kevin Decker and Rick Rhodes, Vice President, Sales and Operations presented Orlando MCP Branch Manager, Jerry Rodriquez his 15-year award. Jerry’s story is powerful. He started with the business at 18 years of age, and he has literally worked his way up to Branch Manager by working and mastering multiple positions at MCP.
In addition, not only is Jerry known for his strong performance but he is also admired by others as one who has compassion in mentoring employees to best position our employees in our growing company. As Jerry brings benefit to both our customers and company, we all agree we are lucky to have him on board.
